With the recent introduction of variants to GAPP one would think that we've covered most everything by now, but what if i told you that we haven't done a single arrow-placement genre yet! ⬅️ Always wanting to show as much variety as possible, that's what we're going to be trying out today

In today's puzzle, all roads lead to Roma!

Rules: Place an arrow into each empty cell of the grid, each pointing in one of the four cardinal directions. No two arrows within the same region may point in the same direction. After all arrows have been placed, starting from any cell and stepping one cell in the direction of the arrow must always eventually lead to a cell with a black circle.
