Hi everyone! Today's GAPP is a Heyablock, another one of the new genres added to puzz.link recently!
According to the team, this is a little bit trickier than your average GAPP, so I've got some tips here that will aid in solving!
Rules: Shade a single group of orthogonally connected cells in each region so that the remaining unshaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. (This does mean that all shaded cells within a region must form an orthogonally connected network.) Shaded groups may not share a bold border. Regions with numbers must contain the indicated amount of shaded cells. Unclued regions must contain at least one shaded cell. A line of consecutive unshaded cells may not cross more than one bold border.
GAPP 100: Read the rules! Especially the "unclued regions must contain at least one shaded cell" bit! Regions that are clued as 0 are okay, though!
GAPP 101: The rule about stopping unshaded cells passing through more than two borders can apply in locations not directly adjacent to a border! Keep an eye out for that if you get stuck!
GAPP 102: "All shaded cells have to be connected within a region" is the driving force behind this puzzle-- if you have a shaded in a "2" region, for example, you can unshade... ...all cells in that region that aren't adjacent to it.

ALSO, if you're interested, I recorded myself setting this! It's an hour long, and is full of me breaking the puzzle numerous times, and I think I might swear a few times though I don't actually remember 😅 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkhLOUVUNHA&ab_channel=jovi_al
