Today's puzzle is a bit of an oddity, in that it actually originated as a hexagonal genre, not as a variant of an originally rectangular genre. I can't think of many others apart from Honey Islands, which is occasionally considered a mildly cursed genre. It is a Pointing at the Crowd! UnBEElievable!
Rules: Shade some cells in the grid such that each arrow is pointing in the direction that has (strictly) more shaded cells than any other direction. Arrows cannot be shaded.
Note: Traditionally this genre is presented as placing objects in cells instead of shading them. Using shading should make it easier to handle in Penpa+.
