Today's GAPP is a Lohkous, a genre created by Hempuli. Here are the rules:

Rules: Divide the grid into regions along dotted lines such that each region contains exactly one clued cell. When dividing a region into rows or columns, each continuous segment length must be represented by one of the numbers. Each number in the clue must be represented by at least one segment length.

A question mark may be replaced with any number, as long as all numbers in a cell are of unique values. (This rule is not used in the example or main puzzle.)

This genre may be quite confusing, so I've included some examples in the image. If you're stuck, the following hint might help:

GAPP 101: All single-numbered clues must be squares. To prove this, Consider what happens when you extend the cells in the top row of the region downwards.
