Today's puzzle contains a faulty assumption by me. This is not a joke nor part of an intro gag. While still unique, all of my testers and I erroneously assumed that the 3 in the top left cannot connect to itself, making the puzzle far more difficult. My sincerest apologies for missing this! Thank you to everyone who pointed out the error, and all animals, should you wish, may be traded in for an honorary I'm Sorry Steed 🐴, should you wish.

Ahhhh. Back to normal! It's been so long that I forgot how to write a GAPP intro (no, really, I had to look at past ones for reference)!

Today's puzzle is a Hotaru Beam, aka Firefly!

Rules: For each circle in the grid, draw a path starting from its black dot, moving along the gridlines, and ending at a circle (including potentially the same one it started at), but not on the side containing another black dot. Paths may not cross themselves, each other, or pass through circles. A number in a circle represents how many turns the path exiting from its dot will make. All circles must be joined by paths to form one connected network.
