Lavaloid

Oh no! I'd already set a Heyawake for today's GAPP, but I tripped in a hurry and all of the numbers fell off! Unfortunately, the only things I remember about the numbers are their parities. I hope this is still solvable...

Today's GAPP is a Heyawake (Parity). Here are the rules:

Shade some cells so that no two shaded cells are orthogonally adjacent and the remaining unshaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. A line of consecutive unshaded cells may not cross more than one bold border. Regions marked with E must have an even number of shaded cells in it (including zero). Regions marked with O must have an odd number of shaded cells in it.
