Tyrgannus

Tapa the mornin' to ya! Today marks the first day of an important month for me for no particular reason at all. We'll start off this month with something familiar in a slightly less familiar presentation. You wouldn't believe how many variants exist of this genre. Let us know if you want us to explore some of the funky ones! There's always new ones to explore

Today's GAPP is a Tapa (Cube)!

Rules: Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. Clues cannot be shaded, and represent the lengths of the blocks of consecutive shaded cells in the (up to) eight cells surrounding the clue. No 2x2 region may be entirely shaded. A ? can be any number greater than 0.

Variant: The grid is cubic.

While we haven't covered Tapa in it's cubic form before, I believe it is the genre we've done most in GAPP and there might be too many to link in one post (without nitro) at this point. Feel free to search tapa in #daily-pencil-puzzles if you want more practice
