Hello, kings, queens, in-betweens, and none-of-the-aboves, I hope you all know that you're valid and loved and accepted (and if by no one else, than by me!). On another server I'm in, some folks affectionately call me "Mama Jovi", as I'm there giving support frequently. If you're feeling lonely and/or you'd like to make a friend, consider reaching out to me!
(Please note that I'm not a mental health professional, and if you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please instead reach out to whatever hotlines or emergency numbers may service your area.)
With that out of the way, today's puzzle is a genre we've covered before under a different name (Norikabe), but I'm going to use the name that puzz.link uses: Norinuri! Stick around to the end for another instance of GAPP 101-- this genre has some Tricks™️!
Rules: Shade some cells to divide the grid into regions. Each shaded cell must share an edge with exactly one other shaded cell. Clues cannot be shaded, and every orthogonally connected area of unshaded cells contains exactly one clue, the value of which represents the size of the area.
As always, an example puzzle and its solution are attached with the image of today's puzzle. Solve the example here, if you wish (puzz.link): https://tinyurl.com/22hzcj5d

GAPP 101: A region can’t have a straight edge of three or more cells, because it would have to be bounded by three or more touching shaded cells. There are at least two places in this puzzle that this can be applied, if you're feeling stuck!
