What's more fun than a clue telling you what's significant in a certain direction? A clue telling you what isn't significant in that direction!
Welcome to Minor Arrow.

Rules: Place an X or an O into each cell. All cells containing an O must form one orthogonally connected area. The symbol in a cell with an arrow indicates which symbol appears less often among the cells in a straight line in the direction of the arrow (there may not be a tie).
For the sake of having a working answer check, this has been converted to a shading puzzle. A shaded cell represents an O and an unshaded cell represents an X.
