Tyrgannus

Here at GAPP HQ, we submit our puzzles to testing to ensure quality control. This puzzle is no different, but I did receive a notice from the secretive Council of Pencils upon testing. Apparently, I've hit my "Rulesets that are very close to Simple Loop but not technically Simple Loop" quota for the season. No problem. They can't stop me come the 21st of June . Hopefully the Council of Pencils doesn't mandate any Simple Gako puzzles anytime soon.

Today's GAPP is an Anti-Signal Loop!

Rules: Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of all cells except for ones containing white circles. The loop must turn on black circles.
