Attempting the contest makes you eligible for a bonus otter 🦦. And beating bakpao may give you a rotating egg - sadly I do not have the power to award it to myself...
Today's puzzle is a Mirror Block, which used to be of the newest genres implemented into puzz.link.

ꓕoqɑλˌƨ bnzzɼԍ ᴉƨ ɑ Wᴉʁʁoʁ Bɼocĸˋ ʍμᴉcμ nƨԍq ϝo pԍ oɻ ϝμԍ uԍʍԍƨϝ მԍuʁԍƨ ᴉwbɼԍwԍuϝԍq ᴉuϝo bnzz·ɼᴉuĸ·
Rules: Divide the grid into regions of orthogonally connected cells. A number indicates the number of cells in its region, and no region may contain more than one number. A double line represents a mirror, and divides two regions. These regions must have reflectional symmetry across the mirror.
Some clarifications: A region and its reflected equivalent count as two separate regions, so each may contain a number. Not all regions have to touch mirrors. Not all regions need to contain a number.
Do feel free to check out the first appearance of this genre in GAPP, from jovi_al:
For a Speedy Sloth 🦥 , solve in 3:15 or less!
For a Quick Crab 🦀 , solve in 7:15 or less!
And all who complete the puzzle get a Bᴉʁq 🐦
