Hi everyone! Today's GAPP is a Shaping the Loop, a variant of Simple Loop that @Prasanna16391 cooked up for a speed-setting competition last year! There's a tiny hint I'll include at the end of this post, as well, for those of you finding it tricky to get started here!

Rules: Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of all empty cells. The number of times the loop turns in the cells orthogonally adjacent to a connected group of shaded cells must equal the number of shaded cells in the group.

And now, a tiny hint: If a cell cannot contain a turn, that means it must be passed straight through. If it's orthogonally adjacent to a shaded group, there's only one direction that can happen in!
