I'm afraid you'll have to wait just a few more minutes to see if your guess for today's [REDACTED] August puzzle is correct! Instead, I'm pinging you for the release of Mind the GAPP Vol. 21, containing all of the puzzles from the month of July along with a staggering 13 bonus puzzles! Have fun, and get to solving! Today's GAPP will appear very shortly!
Please note: due to a clerical error, the Crosswall bonus puzzle has actually already appeared in last month's Mind the GAPP. Apologies!

Tags are interesting from a philosophical perspective. I think it's strange how we put prescriptive identification (or other information) labels on animals, products, or even ourselves. Consider also that Sisyphus has had to push a boulder up a mountain for eternity. Do you think they've had ample time to think about philosophical matters such as nominative determinism? Wait, is nominative determinism why I'm so happy? Why is this intro nonsensical? Am I okay?
Oh, by the way, today's puzzle is a Boulders, meaning no one gets an otter today! This type was invented by @Frostini and debuted on Logic Masters Deutschland back in 2021. Keep those guesses for tomorrow's genre coming in (in spoiler tags please) for a chance at your very own polite little guy 🦦! There is a logical pattern to be found-- we aren't just choosing at random! And I hope Sisyphus's boulder is uh... not shaped like the ones in the puzzles...
Rules: Shade some cells to form boulders - groups of orthogonally connected shaded cells. Boulders may not touch one another, not even diagonally, and no two boulders may consist of the same number of cells. Each clue indicates the number of shaded cells in its surrounding 3x3 area.
