"S-SHYE?!" I hear behind me, sounding vaguely like my speaker-friend. I turn around to see none other than...

"JOVI?! What are you doing here? Wha- when- but- I have so many questions now, also help me with this anti-venom stuff! You're much better at crossing loops than I am." I stumble over my words as I try to stay focused on the conversion process.

"It's okay, I can explain! I'm working with Alcazar, the Den Leader. This whole thing goes back, wayyyy back! Do you remember that old book of Puzzulia?" she explains, taking charge of the equipment. "It had the Yin-Yang puzzle, and-"
"And the Light & Shadow? It's coming back to me. Ok, actually save the explanation for later, we have a Supersized task at hand right now. But I'm glad to see you again!"

Rules: Fill all cells a color, some black and some white, so that each orthogonally connected area of similarly colored cells contains exactly one clue, which represents the size of the area of black or white cells it belongs to
