Walker

"Shye! Where have you been? I've been trying to contact you and Jovi for ages, there're some unexplainable things happening at HQ right now!"
"Wait... Walker?"
"Shye! Are you and Jovi ok? I’ve been trying to call all month!"
There’s a pause before Shye replies. "Yes, we’re both doing ok… A lot has happened, and I can fill you in on the details soon. What’s happening at HQ?"
"I think something’s broken in our computer systems. Right now, most of our programs are throwing off-by-one errors. The puzzle database has been corrupted too! I’ve been patching errors all morning."
I pull up a file on the computer and text it to Shye. "Luckily, I think we can restore some of the data. Here - check out this Shikaku. All of the numbers are off-by-one, which gives just enough info to reconstruct the original puzzle."

Rules: Divide the grid into rectangular regions of orthogonally connected cells. Each region must contain exactly one circle. Numbers in circles are off by one: a number in a circle is one more or one less than the number of cells in the region the circle belongs to.

Interface Note: The alternate interface leaves room to write the correct numbers in the circles!
