Menderbug

I have found my way back home from WPC, so I no longer have any use for this Supersized Compass. Truth be told, it barely fit in my backpack, I probably should've brought a travel-sized one to begin with.
(Compass is a notoriously tricky genre. I've tried my best to keep the puzzle flowy, but there's a GAPP 101 below in case you get stuck.)

Rules: Divide the grid into regions of orthogonally connected cells, each containing exactly one compass. A number in a compass indicates how many cells belong to its region that are further in the indicated direction than the compass itself.

GAPP 101: Sometimes, clues need to reach far-away cells to satisfy their number. Even if you can't tell how exactly they'll get there, check if they need to squeeze through any 1-cell wide gaps, or if you can determine which cells will end up satisfying the number so you can work backwards from there.
