Today, we’re out on another GAPP hiking adventure, this time to the bouldery Mount Tetromino. 🏔️ 🧗 It’s named for the Supersized rocks scattered across its hills, which climbers weave between on their way to the top. On the way up, you can see some nearby boulders from one of the eight lookout benches; but I’m most excited to get the top. I hear the Tetraview is well worth it!
Rules: Shade some tetrominoes of cells so that no two tetrominoes touch each other orthogonally. Clued cells cannot be shaded, and a clue means that the first tetromino seen in a straight line in the indicated direction is of the shape associated with that letter.
Here’s a GAPP 101 to help with the climb: The pairs of clues facing the border are very constrained because the tetrominoes can't touch. Try using the clues in the corners to determine which of the two options is correct.
