Freddie Hand

We've had Isowatari with group sizes of 2,3 and 5 - counting is not a puzzler's strength. So I thought I'd close the gapp with a size 4 puzzle.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot the day of the week. It's actually Isowatari (Hexagonal)!

Rules: Shade some cells such that all shaded groups are of the indicated size, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected, and no 3-cell 'triangle' is fully unshaded (i.e. no internal vertex is entirely surrounded by unshaded cells). Black circles must be shaded, white circles must be unshaded.
