Lavaloid

While Walker is going on a hike away from civilization, I've been going on a road trip to many countries. First I visited Burkina Faso, then I went to Djibouti, then to Qatar, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Singapore, and then to a whole bunch of countries in the Pacific Ocean: from Vanuatu to Fiji to Tonga to Samoa to Kiribati. After a long layover in Hawaii (I'll count that as visiting the US), one day later I took a long flight to Mexico, then went South, visiting Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, then Brazil.

On the ride to Uruguay, I noticed my suitcase was missing a Hinge! This one is Triangular, so not many shops sell it around here. So I went back to Brazil, Colombia, Panama, etc etc you get the point

Rules: Shade some cells such that each group of orthogonally connected shaded cells is cut only once by a single straight segment of region borders, across which it must have reflectional symmetry. Numbered regions must contain the indicated amount of shaded cells.
