Today's puzzle is a Nemo! This genre has no relation to the 2003 film Finding Nemo (and there needn't be a whole film about it - he's just hiding amongst the sea anemones).
Still, what with rising sea levels and sinking earth levels, some of us might start to see sharks swimming in parks, reefs growing on roofs, or perhaps the odd mollusc ringing your doorbell. Even better, we can freely move in 3 dimensions without ODM gear! It makes you wonder why our ancestors ever bothered coming out of the ocean at all...
Rules: Place a number from the range given outside the grid into some cells so that each row and column contains every number from that range with no repeats, and shade all of the remaining cells. Cells with arrows must contain a number that represents the distance to the first shaded cell appearing in the indicated direction.
