Cats. A lot of people adore them. But showering love upon a real cat is like shining light into a black hole - you can't expect any of it to be returned. Fictional cats, on the other hand, won't occupy your property without even acknowledging you, or deplete the stock of toilet paper you've so painstakingly hoarded.

I personally have a soft spot for fictional big cats. You'll never find a tiger as well-mannered as the tiger who came to tea, or one that loves extract of malt and bouncing as much as Tigger. But my personal favourite has to be from The Chronicles of Narnia - that is, of course, Aslan.

Tip: Yajilin mode works nicely for this genre, with shaded cells being used to mark stars, and dots to mark starless cells. Though if you prefer the aesthetic of actual star shapes you're welcome to use them - Penpa only checks for the loop.

Rules: Place stars into some cells such that each row, column, and outlined region contains exactly N stars, where N is given above the grid. Stars may not touch one another, not even diagonally. Additionally, draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of all empty cells. Given shaded cells cannot contain stars and cannot be passed through by the loop.
