Freddie Hand

We had a Maxi Loop last time. So today's puzzle is exactly the opposite, and also happens to be on the agenda for WPC 2024 - a Mini Loop.

Rules: Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of all cells. A number in a region represents the number of cells occupied by the smallest continuous loop segment within the region. The minimum must be attained in some visit. (Note this does not have to be the strictly smallest loop section - there can be multiple sections of this length)

Here's a little GAPP 101: you can draw line segments from a dead end in a region if it contains a clue greater than 1.
