Lavaloid

Today's GAPP is an Aqre that's intended to teach an advanced technique. The GAPP 101 in the spoilered image will help a lot with solving the puzzle, but I've spoilered it in case you want to solve without it.

Rules: Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. Regions with numbers must contain the indicated amount of shaded cells. There may not exist a run of more than three consecutive shaded or unshaded cells horizontally or vertically anywhere in the grid.

Finish the puzzle in 3:00 or less for a Speedy Sloth 🦥!
Finish the puzzle in 7:00 or less for a Quick Crab 🦀!
Finish with any time at all for a Pauraq[r]e 🐦!
