Menderbug

Happy new year from me as well! I really like domino variants of genres where you can normally only shade individual cells. So here's one I haven't seen before: Koburin (Dominoes)

Rules: Shade some cells so that all shaded groups contain exactly two cells and draw a non-intersecting loop through the centres of all the remaining empty cells. Clues cannot be shaded, and represent the number of shaded cells orthogonally adjacent to it.

🖥️ Interface note: 🖥️ As usual with variant puzzles, the pzprxs version will not be able to check your solution automatically. If you enable "Settings -> Check multiple errors" and press the "Check base type" button at the end, your solution is correct if the only error is "Some shaded cells are adjacent." and all your shaded cells appear in dominoes. You can use the Penpa+ version to get automatic answer check, but you won't be able to check for individual rule violations mid-solve.
