Once more, GAPP will show this cool loop type. Sorry, rules again cause silly intro. Please ignore though, puzzle awaits solver!

Today's GAPP is an Equality!

Rules: Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of some cells which passes through each region at least twice. Every visit to a particular region must occupy an equal number of cells. A clue in a region indicates the number of cells which are not visited by the loop.

GAPP 101: 1x3 regions are very restricted. A loop segment entering such a region can only cover one cell per visit.
