Today's puzzle is a La Paz!

Rules: Shade some cells such that no two orthogonally adjacent cells are shaded and divide the rest of the grid into 1x2 regions. Clues cannot be shaded, and a clue in a horizontal region indicates the amount of shaded cells in the same row as the clue. Likewise, a clue in a vertical region indicates the amount of shaded cells in the same column.
