More of you are figuring it out! We're now over a third of the way through the month, so I shall clarify that the pattern is not fully deterministic.

I am a bit surprised at the dearth of bonus otters 🦦 today, though, as I wear my heart on my sleeve when it comes to Shakashaka. Rules: Shade an isosceles right triangle in some empty cells, each of which occupies exactly half of a cell, such that all unshaded areas form rectangles. A numbered clue indicates the number of orthogonally adjacent cells containing triangles.
