Rules: Shade some cells so that no two shaded cells are orthogonally adjacent and the remaining unshaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. Each circle must touch exactly one shaded cell (no more, no fewer). Three consecutive shaded cells within the same row or column may not be evenly spaced.

Here's a solving tip which I recommend you only use if you get stuck: You may need to place additional shaded cells to break up three evenly spaced shaded cells, instead of just unshading cells that break the rule.

Finish the puzzle in 3:00 or less for a Speedy Sloth 🦥!
Finish the puzzle in 6:00 or less for a Quick Crab 🦀!
Finish with any time at all for a No Three-Toed Swiftlet 🐦!
