Rules: Shade some cells such that each region has exactly one orthogonally connected group of shaded cells and the shaded groups, if they were to "fall" to the bottom of the grid, take up exactly the bottom half of the grid. Shaded cells must not be adjacent across region borders. A number in a region indicates the size of that region's shaded group.

GAPP 101: Each column must have N/2 shaded cells in it (in this case four). At most one shaded cell can exist across a region border. These two things in tandem can restrict quite a lot!
