Just kidding, it's @Prasanna16391 again who has kindly agreed to writing another GAPP for you while I continue to be distracted.
We will try again in 5 days.

Today's GAPP is a Syuma!

Rules: Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of some cells that passes through every circle. The loop must turn on black circles and travel straight through at least one of the cells on either side. The loop must go straight through white circles, and turn in both of the cells on either side.

This puzzle also comes with a 101: Every black circle needs to have a straight segment of at least 2 cells coming out of it. Where you can place this segment is often very constrained!
