Lavaloid

I've apparently forgotten that it's my turn to post, so accept this extremely late Rametate.

Rules: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells form a single orthogonally connected area. No 2x2 square may be completely shaded. Numbers must be unshaded, and show how many shaded cells are orthogonally adjacent to it. Each group of orthogonally connected unshaded cells must contain exactly one number.

Finish the puzzle in 3:30 or less for a Speedy Sloth 🦥!
Finish the puzzle in 7:00 or less for a Quick Crab 🦀!
Finish with any time at all for a Late Lava Gull 🐦!
