Lavaloid

Today's GAPP is a Daisho Bunkatsu. It's quite a long solve, so don't worry about taking too much time.

Rules: Divide the grid into regions, each a one-wide straight line of orthogonally adjacent cells. 1x1 regions are allowed. Two regions of the same size may not share an edge. The sizes of regions separated by an inequality must satisfy the inequality.

Finish the puzzle in 6:00 or less for a Speedy Sloth 🦥!
Finish the puzzle in 12:00 or less for a Quick Crab 🦀!
Finish with any time at all for a Lenient Lesser Lophorina 🐦!
