Today's GAPP is a Tapa (Alternative). This is a variant we've never featured in GAPP before! 🥚

Rules: Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area and no 2x2 region is entirely shaded. Numeric clues cannot be shaded, and represent the lengths of the blocks of consecutive shaded cells in the (up to) eight cells surrounding the clue. Exactly one copy of each letter in the grid must be shaded. Other copies of the same letter, if present, must be unshaded.
