Rook

Arrow Flow has had a very nice pzprxs implementation for over a year now, but we haven't used it yet! So I am obligated to show it off!

Rules: Place arrows pointing in four directions in each empty cell. Identical arrows cannot be orthogonally adjacent. Starting from a cell with an arrow, following the arrows from cell to cell, a cell with a number must be reached. A cell with a number indicates the total number of arrows that lead to it. Question marks can be any number.
