Hi everyone! Today's puzzle is the result of a genre swap between me and Rook. I gave him a genre to GAPP, and he gave me one! This Cocktail Lamp is a result of that, so I hope you enjoy it!

Rules: Shade some cells such that all individual groups of edge-connected shaded cells form one diagonally connected network. Within a region, all shaded cells most form one edge-connected network. Shaded cells in different regions must not be edge-adjacent. No 2x2 of cells may be entirely shaded, and a number within a region indicates how many shaded cells it has.

The example today is a little bit above GAPP level, but it's very difficult to try to show every rule and squash possible misinterpretations/assumptions in a 6x6 grid while also keeping it easy.
