Rook

I've stolen all of the 4 way intersections in today's Voxas (Tatami)! I'll go so far as to ban 4 letter words too! . . . This'll be quite the undertaking . . .

Rules: Divide the board in 1x2 and 1x3 regions. Given borders separate two different regions. Regions separated by a white dot are identical sizes and identical orientations. Regions separated by a black dot are different sizes and different orientations. Regions separated by a silver dot are either identical sizes and different orientations or different sizes and identical orientations. Region borders may not contain any 4 way intersections.

Tip: For the two regions separated by a black/white dot, if you deduced the orientation of one, you can deduce the other region has the opposite/identical orientation respectively. This'll be enough information for partial progress.
