Freddie Hand

Unfortunately nobody guessed that today's puzzle would be a Mid Mid Loop. I wonder why?

However, I am handing out a bonus otter 🦦 to @RedShift for guessing Midloop, which is close enough. Congrats!

Rules: Draw a non-intersecting loop that moves orthogonally through the centers of some cells and passes through every circle and every "+" sign. Each circle marks the center of the straight line segment it lies on. The loop must turn on "+" signs, and the two straight segments coming out of a "+" sign must have equal lengths.
