Congratulations to @atroposhears and @Leo for guessing today's Kropki and earning a bonus otter 🦦! My next puzzle will be the last one of the month, where the pattern is revealed... though I'm not sure how necessary revealing is at this point!

Rules: Place a whole number from 1-N (where N is the side length of the grid) into every cell such that every number from that range appears in every row and column. A black dot between two cells indicates that the numbers in those cells form a 1:2 ratio (in some order). A white dot between two cells indicates that the numbers in those cells are consecutive. If a pair of cells is not separated by a dot, then the numbers in those cells must have neither property.
