Freddie Hand

Unfortunately nobody guessed that today's puzzle would be a Blind Spot. Well, August is over, so that's expected, but I thought I would follow the pattern one final time.

Rules: Place arrows into some cells so that each row and column contains four arrows: one pointing up, one pointing down, one pointing left, and one pointing right. No arrow may point at another without a bold border blocking its view. Some arrows may have already been placed in the grid.

Solving Note: The answer checker only looks for arrows, but I recommend using shading to indicate whether a cell contains an arrow or not.
