Hello! Today's puzzle is a Heyajirimisaki. Or just a Heyajirin, because I've removed a few rules.

Rules: Shade some cells so that no two shaded cells are orthogonally adjacent and draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of all remaining cells. Numbered regions must contain the indicated amount of shaded cells (unnumbered regions can have any number, including zero).

Additionally, there cannot be a horizontal or vertical run of unshaded cells that goes through 2 or more region borders.

Here is a GAPP 101: Cells adjacent to the corner must be unshaded.
