Lavaloid

Today's GAPP is a Slide Block / スライドブロック. The only other time this genre was featured was as a variant with only L trominoes allowed, so here's the original genre!

Rules: Place trominoes (a group of three orthogonally adjacent cells) on the grid such that each tromino contains exactly one arrow, and each arrow is part of exactly one tromino. Each tromino must be able to move at least one block in the direction of the arrow without overlapping any other trominoes.

Finish the puzzle in 4:00 or less for a Speedy Sloth 🦥!
Finish the puzzle in 8:00 or less for a Quick Crab 🦀!
Finish with any time at all for an Original Oʻahu ʻōʻō 🐦!
