Today's puzzle is a very easy (even by GAPP standards) Heyawake. Because of this, I think it's a good time to bring up how I've been solving puzzles lately! I've been enjoying challenging myself to avoid using auxiliary marks (like Xs in loops, or like marking unshaded cells in Heyawake). For the more advanced solvers, feel free to try the same for this puzzle, I think it would be fun!

Rules: Shade some cells such that no two shaded cells share an edge and all unshaded cells form one connected network. A number in a region indicates the number of shaded cells in that region. A vertical or horizontal line of unshaded cells may not cross more than one region border.
