Today's genre - Pata - essentially differs from Tapa in a single word, but boy does that word make a difference! Perhaps not quite as impactful as changing "some" to "no", but then that would just be variant Shady View.
Rules: Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. Clues cannot be shaded, and represent the lengths of the blocks of consecutive unshaded cells in the (up to) eight cells surrounding the clue. Clue cells are treated as unshaded. No 2x2 region may be entirely shaded.
