Tyrgannus

Full disclosure, I have a dibs list of genres/variants I want to do for Saturday puzzles, but the schedule has worked out that I often don't make supersized. The calendar conspires against me! So, Freddie and I actually swapped so I can give you this pencil puzzle. This pencils pencil puzzle. And just to warn you, the other candidates for supersized are just as spicy so get ready in the coming months 😎

Today's GAPP is a supersized Pencils!

Rules: Place some pencils in the grid, each consisting of a 1xN body with a tip occupying an extra cell at one end, and draw a path of graphite which is N cells long starting at its tip. Pencils and paths must occupy every cell of the grid without overlapping one another. A cell with a number must be part of the body of a pencil of the given length. Given pencil tips must be used where they are. "?" mark clues act as number clues of unknown value.
