"Don’t worry, I’m working on it." I scroll through the baklog; there are hundreds of corrupted puzzles to fix. All of a sudden, the power cuts! Luckily, we have an Akari-brand backup generator for the lights. And a few seconds later, they come back on, but in a dazzling mix of red, green, and blue. In the technicolor light, I can barely make out a figure against the back wall, with a black and white outfit and a mask.
"What’s going on? Who are you?" I shout. The figure replies, "I’m just one person - but I’m sure you’ll learn my real name soon enough. You’re probably looking to fix the GAPP baklog. If you want my help, come meet me." Before I can respond, they fling an envelope in my direction and dash out.

Rules: Place lights into some empty cells so that every cell is illuminated. Lights illuminate the cell they’re in as well as all cells seen in a straight line horizontally or vertically, not obstructed by a black cell. Lights may not illuminate each other. Number clues represent the number of lights in the (up to) four cells surrounding the clue. Each light is either red, green, or blue. Targets indicate all light colors that illuminate their square.
