Halo! This date Lava make GAPP. Lava deem this puzz very neat, bcuz grid full with four. Lava hope y'all like this puzz! Okay then, what puzz type does this GAPP have? Well...

Today's GAPP is a Double Choco. Sorry, I can't write the entire post in four-letter words. Here are the rules:

Rules: Divide the grid into regions of orthogonally connected cells, each containing a connected group of white cells and a connected group of gray cells, with the property that the shape of the white cells is identical to the shape of the gray cells, allowing rotations and reflections. Clued cells must belong to a region containing the indicated number of white cells and the indicated number of gray cells.

This GAPP uses step that some won't find easy. So here's a GAPP 101:
Look out for areas with one cell wide bottlenecks! If a cell edge splits an area into multiples of 4, then a region border must be drawn there. If it splits the area into anything other than multiples of 4, then that edge cannot be a region border.
