A couple of topics to address today:
1. It's almost August time again! Starting today and throughout the entire month of August, you'll be able to earn bonus otters for correctly guessing the next day's genre again! 👀🦦
2. I mentioned last time I was working on another version of the GAPP1K puzzle, to celebrate 100 posts on my personal blog. I thought it would take a while to finish, but surprise - it's already done! I'll post it on my blog As Soon As I Can™. I'll let you guys know when it's live, which should be in a few hours at most.

Today's puzzle is a Nurikabe-Like Loop!

Rules:
Draw a non-intersecting loop through the centers of some empty cells. Every orthogonally connected area of cells not visited by the loop contains exactly one clue, the value of which represents the size of the area.

Interface note 💻: I've preselected the composite Line/OX mode for this puzzle, where the circles/crosses can be useful to keep track of the sizes of areas the loop doesn't visit. If you prefer solving with crossmarks on cell edges to indicate where the loop can't go, you can switch to composite mode Line/X instead.
