Congratulations to @xetto, @Malrog, and @Mikez for correctly guessing today’s genre and earning a bonus otter! 🦦 Apologies if you were anticipating three puzzles in one today… is that a troppelganger?

Today’s GAPP is an Island! Aka Inaba’s Island, because there are too many genres called Island(s) Since the last time we covered this genre, it’s gotten a pzprxs implementation!

Rules: Shade some cells so that clues represent the total size of the orthogonally connected areas of shaded cells that share an edge with the clue. Clued cells cannot be shaded. Together, the clued cells and shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area.

Interface Note: Compared to the original GAPP for this genre, the rules for unshaded and shaded cells have been inverted! I’ve also rephrased the rules to be more similar to Kurotto, with which this genre has many similarities.
