Lavaloid

As of today, I have made 200 PuZLs for GAPP (That's a lot)! To celebrate, have an Aqre (Borders).

Rules: Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. There may not exist a run of more than three consecutive shaded or unshaded cells horizontally or vertically anywhere in the grid.
Variant: A pair of cells separated by a bold border must contain one shaded cell and one unshaded cell.

Finish the puzzle in 2:00 or less for a Speedy Sloth 🦥!
Finish the puzzle in 4:00 or less for a Quick Crab 🦀!
Finish with any time at all for a Two-hundredth Twite 🐦!
