I was going to come up with an original intro for today's Ayeheya, but I tripped in a hurry and used Lavaloid's joke instead!

Rules: Shade some cells such that no two shaded cells are edge-adjacent and all unshaded cells form one edge-adjacent network. Within regions, shaded cells must have 180° rotational symmetry relative to the center of that region. A number in a region indicates how many shaded cells are in that region. No vertical or horizontal line of unshaded cells may cross more than one region border.
